Welcome!
Wow, since the blog I posted on 9-25-16 I have had such a sense of peace and joy.
It is amazing to me how one can fall into the trap of defeat simply by allowing unforgiveness to be a part of their life.
I have recently been taught something that has changed my life. It's this, that conviction is meant to pull me to God, knowing that He loves me enough to correct me, while condemnation is from the enemy telling me I'm not good enough.
Up until this teaching I have taken the correction of God as, I haven't done right, now I will beat myself up over it. Now my thought is "wow, He loves me enough to point out what I have done wrong, so I will know not to do it again". It's just like when we correct our children because we love them and want what is best for them.
Now when I do, or say something that isn't quite right, I get that nudge letting me know I need to do differently. I am taking that as God telling me "I love you and want better for you, so do differently".
Life has changed for me for the better! It all boiled down to forgiving myself, and forgiving others. I have noticed that as I forgave myself not only was it easier to forgive others, but my love for myself and others was intact. Again from the post on 9-25-16 forgiving myself was huge! I simply had no idea how huge it would be.
Thanks For Reading!
Blessings!
